The Technical Intern Training Program (TITP)

The Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) was created to enhance the economic development of countries participating in the program through the generation of new employment opportunities. This is achieved through the internship program (which can be anywhere from one year to a maximum of 5 years) and through On-the-Job Training (OJT).

OISCA International South India Chapter is the empanelled organization of NSDC , Govt. of India, To send Indian youth to work in Japan for a period of 5 years. The TITP is an ideal platform through which complementary strength of India and Japan could be leveraged for Mutual benefit. The Technical interns trained in Japan under the TITP would be an asset for the skill India initiative up on their return to India.

OISCA’S PROCESS FOR TITP

1. Mobilization of right candidate

2. Japanese language and socio cultural training to selected youth

at OISCA Office Calicut.

3. Sending the selected intern to Japan

4. Post internship training at OISCA Training Centers in Japan.

5. Placement in Japan
